There is a much better way to burn calories. You can do so by using your own bodyweight. Combine bodyweight exercises with interval training and you can literally turn yourself into a fat burning machine. You see, muscle burns more calories than fat, therefore building more lean muscle means you will burn more calories throughout the day.
